This is my ideal proposal to our 7 leaders of Deaf Grassroot Movement (DGM) to explain why i am willing to contribute my technical skills helping them out in the quality of the improvement of nationwide social media networking for our deaf community----SOMETHING I CONCERN THE MOST....watch this....i am sure you all will agree with me....
