Hand in The Extremely Coldest Water is defined to see how long can my hand stay in the water. It's very cold as like ice as where the polar ice place is at. Those place are super coldest as shit! For my advice, please don't make your hand to stay in the cold water too long if you are doing it because if you did it too long, it may cause a risk issue to your hand; which could cause paralyzed hand, damage the nerve system to feel numb, and due to many causes can occur in your hand.
