I wonder why the action isn't taken. I met with one of top engineer who invented NVP. We expressed to this guy when I was at Helen Keller National Center in 2013. Expressed about feature and background color on NVP. Color need to be ajusted on INCOMING call. But, seem it never has be taken to meet DeafBlind Community need? Hope to hear answer from SVRS or NAD/FCC shortly. Thanks!
